Scope and Contents From the Collection: The role of the president in the operations of the school has evolved from direct involvement in everyday decisions to a more removed perspective.  Records in this sub-group represent a period when the president was totally emersed in all aspects of the college. The records reflect campus issuses, local commuity interation and communications with state level authorities. During this period Lyman Van Houten and Thomas Miler were president.
