Russell Vance, 1995

Scope and Contents Dr. Russell Vance was a long time member of the university's History Department. He is noted for having written the first history of the school. He was also the first chapter president of the faculty union, Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Facullities, and was on the negotiating team for the first contract. The interview is contained on three CD's. A transcript of the interview is in box Oral 3.
