Scope and Contents

This series ranges from 1969-2000. Of the committees that are chartered by the senate, only a portion are represented here. This is due in part because not all committees keep notes that are turned into the senate body nor do all committees give written reports. A years worth of committee work may result in a brief oral report to the whole senate. The Committee on Committees takes up a large section of this series. This committee is charged with filling slots in the various committees. Other reports and minutes give evidence to the workings and concerns of the senate.
