Scope and Contents

This presentation by Rosemary Omniewski, Ruthanne Atkinson, and Donna Douglas discusses the Arts Infusion Project which brings art into the actual class room. The program focuses on a team effort shown between special teachers and regular teachers and incorporates the Multiple Intelligences into its teachings. It taps into each art: dramatic and visual arts, dance, and creative movement. The program focuses on six two hour sessions where university students are given lessons and materials which are then carried over into eights hours of student teaching.
