Abstract
Dr. Carmon Ross was the second president of Edinboro State Teachers College. He presided over the school's seventy-fifth anniversary and laid the plans for a significant expansion of the campus facilities. His papers include correspondence, reports, clippings, photos, etc. dealing with personnel, curriculum, finance, alumni, physical plant, and virtually every other aspect of the college.
