From the Series: This series contains the annual reports of the vice-president of academic affairs and the president of the institution. The reports range from 1970-1988. The vice president and president’s reports were bound separately. The reports used different formats for each report each year. Both reports utilized visual effects such as graphs, charts and photos in the reports. The Vice-president for Academic Affairs Report was established in 1970. Within this series, the reports include the years of 1970, 1976-77, 1977-78, 1978-79. The purpose of these reports were to provide information about various facets of the college that would be of interest to those concerned with its development. Additionally, these reports were kept up-to-date information that would be of value in preparing reports for various agencies and groups in the future. The President’s Annual Report was an overview of the University’s programs and the status of these programs. The report’s also highlighted the accomplishments affiliated with the university. For example, in 1983, Edinboro State College was promoted to University status. The President’s Annual Reports range from 1983 to 1988.
