From the Series: Research Report from OIRP (Office of Institutional Research and Planning), 1971-80 This series contains various research documents and reports from the office of Institutional Research and Planning. These research documents and reports range from 1971-80. Within the series, there are reports pertaining to Non-returning Edinboro State College Undergraduate and Graduate Students (1971, 1979, 1980), Geographic Drawing Power of ESC (1981), various memos and letters sent to the administration Edinboro State College. The non-returning Edinboro State College undergraduate and graduate students report attempted to discover the reasons students did not return ESC. The OIRP sought ways to secure present and future students to continue their education at ESC. The Geographic Drawing Power of ESC shows the association between where students live and the curricula they choose and which curricula have the greatest drawing power in 1981. There also is a report completed from a survey pertaining to how fall and spring calendars should be set. Finally, there is a report prepared by John K. Fischer (1981) regarding the economic impact of Edinboro State College on Northwestern Pennsylvania in the 1979-80 academic year.
